Am I too thin?
I'm 5'7" and about 130 lbs.. I'm a 50-year-old runner, who runs 5 miles 5 times a week. Lately I've been feeling light-headed and fatigued. Could my weight have anything to do with it? I used to be 145, and I felt pretty good then.
Thanks

Maybe you are pushing yourself to hard.

It could be many factors causing you to feel like that. Maybe you're not eating right or drinking enough water. The same thing happened to me for a while. IT took me a long time to figure out that I had been dehyrating myself everyday. Maybe, it's because you're aging. Check with you doctor. The older we get, the more likely we are to developing any kind of health problem even though one is a work-out freak.
