well if you have the songs on your computer you can use www.mobile17.com.
They let you upload the song to them, you choose the section of the song you want, like from 13 secs to 32 secs, then they send it to you in a text message. It takes a few hours for them to send it out, but it is free so its not a big deal.
You do have to register but like I said it is free. I havent personally used it but my roommate has and has not recieved any spam, or texts other than the one containing the tone.
