this guy that i know raped his daughter is not in jail for it and every time i see him he stares at me and freaks me out what should i do

Stay as far away from him as you can. Never, Never, I repeat never be alone around him. If your parents don't know about the rape tell them as soon as possible and let them know that you feel uncomfortable around him and why. Remeber him and his victims in your prayers.

He may sense from you that you have his mark. That gives you power over him. He prefers to be the one with the power, and he may be trying to unnerve you. I would steer well clear of this person. There is nothing you can do. I would also make sure I carried a small can of hair spray or similar to spray in his eyes if you ever need to, but never fear him, he is pathetic and lost and I am suprised he dare go to church unless he has repented. It is probably unlikely that he does the same thing outside of his family or would do, but better safe than sorry. If you must attend that church then it would be best if you did not even acknowledge him, if you don't make eye contact, he can't do it. I would also make sure that people around you know the situation and look out for you.

Be carefull and stay away and talk to the pastor or priest to get him banned out of church he is just looking for his next victim do something about it and get him out of the streets and out of church ASAP. MAKE A DIFFERENCE DON'T STAY QUIET PLEEEEEEEASSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE.

I would attend a different Church. There's no room in my life for being in throwing distance of such animals.

Stop being selfish just thinking about yourself. What about his Daughter who is probably a good friend or your. She has to be to tell you something like this. Please do the right thing. Tell the right person.
