Yes, pregnancy is possible with only one fallopian tube as long as you have one or both ovaries and still ovulate.

Usually, a single egg is released every month by one of your ovaries. The egg travels down a fallopian tube, where a sperm may fertilize it. The fertilized egg then continues on to the uterus. You need only one fallopian tube for this to happen.

The egg released from the ovary usually enters the fallopian tube next to that ovary. Although not that likely, it is possible for an egg to travel to the fallopian tube on the other side. It's important to note, all women do not ovulate from alternating ovaries each month. So don't assume that your chances are cut in half if you only have one tube, because it's not necessarily true. Some women (like me) ovulate most of the time from the same ovary. I happen to know this because I get the cramping on my left side almost every month. If you don't get the middle of the month cramping (mittelschmirz), you really wouldn't know which side you are ovulating from.

In any case, although your odds are probably somewhat reduced with only one tube, you definitely have a very good chance of getting pregnant with just the one tube (assuming there are no other problems).

Yes, because your body should still release an egg every month, as long as you haven't had your ovaries removed. It might be riskier, talk to your Dr. if you are trying so you can be full informed of the challenges you might face, and so the Dr. can look out for you to ensure you, and hopefully your baby, can be healthy. Good Luck.

yes, but it cuts your chances in half. if you are TTC you need to be monitoring which ovary is ovulating. Focus your efforts during the months with the ovary that has a tube, otherwise you'll be wasting your pregnancy tests.
