Entropia Universe?

I registered for an account and ive been waiting 3 hours and it never came to my email. I know it went to the right email because I checked over it and it says its pending. I don't know what to do. If I try to make another account it says I cant because it knows your IP address the first time you make another character. Anybody?

I just registered and it came instantly, so there must be a problem. Try to contact support.
