his wife american and he is egyption, they got married in egypt and they both live in USA ,,,, they want to get divorce ?? can they get divorce in egypt???

as long as he is still a legal resident of egypt it shouldn't be a problem, but it has to be legalized in both countries. I'm german and my Ex husband (american) got married in England. The marriage had to be desolved in germany even though the devorce was commenced in the US.

Yes they sure can get a divorce in Egypt if divorce is legal and an option over there. Why are they wanting to divorce if i may ask?
