No one really wants to be the middleman for these disputes .
You should say something to the rude person at the time OR .
If you are ever scheduled to see that person again, politely refuse and say " I would rather not, they were unprofessional with me the last time".

At this point , there is nothing anyone can do that will change the past , nor can they really take sides because they have to work with that person every day . . . You they only see occasionally.
In the future, speak up for yourself and do not expect others to handle it.

No, but most people i talk too aren't too happy with any nurse or doctor these days.. U are lucky if you can find either. Where i live they are like the dionasaurs, or prehistoric creatures. I can't even get one to respond. See, i woke up one day and most everyone was insane and sick people just stayed sick and if the were desperate went to a cvs or riteaid and took some over the counter stuff. I would not be too upset for the rudeness, maybe the nurse was playing doctor, if you know what i mean....

Call another and report the abuse to the Better Business Bureau. I would not tollerate any rudeness especially with all the sky rocketing medical expenses. Why should they all drive mercedes. I am a Fiancial Analysts and i could do more diagnosis and prescription writing better than one of the clowns i say... I wouldn't be too worried about rudeness. If you have choices, dump them and find another more pleasant attmosphere. I have zero tollerance for rudeness. Remember U pay their salary.... Business lesson 301. Customers pay the bills. KNow it< live it, learn it.

Many years ago, my mother had open heart surgery. She obviously could not move after it and, only hours after surgery, was sick because of the anesthesia. It's normal, however, the nurse ignored her, forcing my mother, who couldn't move, to lay in her own vomit. She felt as if she was to good to take care of her.
Make a formal complaint with the head nurse. Call and DEMAND to speak with her. I can tell you, it worked for me and that nurse was fired (that wasn't her first offense. Not that your case is the same as mine, but action should be taken.)

I would talk to your doctor. I had a nurse and receptionist being rude to me and I told my doctor about it and he was extreemly upset and said he would take care of it.
