Do you need to be a college graduate? I have a lot of work experience in the food and office industry. I want to try agencies to find better paying jobs.

Temp jobs pay by the hour. You do not need to be a college graduate.
If you have excellent office skills it should be easy to get a job.
You must be proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications.

staffing yes temp no all they do is give you a 90 day job so the company your working for does not have to pay you what your worth and then say we don't need you any more and your out the door and out of a job

You do not need a degree to apply with a temp agency. They take your employment skills, and match you with jobs that are available. Many of them are not long-term, but this will give you an idea of what you want.

I'm pretty sure you don't but they might not find you the job you want. But what do i konw, I am not a job staffing agency.
