Can you believe there's actually a patent for this?

Basically you wear them upside down and backwards around your chest, and cut out all the parts that are in the way. The back pockets are the boob cups, and the waistband becomes the band around the ribs. What you leave of the legs become the shoulder straps.

Find a pattern and just ripp the shorts at the seems so you can have as much fabric as possible.

never heard of this.

a skirt...sure!

shorts...never

maybe cut out the middle part attaching the legs and find some way to cinch the bottom so it is fitted all the way around.

look at that site maybe you can find some examples and go from there. if its just the fabric you want, im sure this can be easily done, assuming you are good with needle, thread, and sewing machine. either way good luck!!
