Laxitives will harm your body, you can become dependent on them. They are not the answer in weight loss.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

all they do is clean out the material in your digestive system - and you will gain that back when you eat again -

better to get your metabolism into gear by eating yogurt -
WHY? - when we drink chlorinated water or take antibiotics - we kill the flora and stuff in our disgetive system that helps us absorb food - yogurt makes sure the right stuff is there to benefit us -

make sure you get 20-35 grams of fiber a day - most Americans eat 5-15 - which is way too little - and allows food to linger in the system - and we don't want THAT! super complications!

Oatmeal is great - and apricots are good for fiber also -
get your 5 fruit and veggies each day

cut out the soda - filtered water for tea - 1/2 oz per pound of weight
me = 256 lbs = 128 oz of water daily - helps flush bad stuff out

best of luck!

PS - and get your metabolism in ger - by walking! three 15 minute bursts are better than one 45 hike - as it burns more fat - and the benefit lasts 48 HOURS!!! Crank it UP!

for temp weight loss maybe. all they do is dehydrate you and mess up your insides if used frequently or even semi frequently.
if you want to lose weight do one of each or both
cardio (running, jumping jacks, jumping rope) or regulate your food intake.
and when i say cardio, i mean 20 mins of it for 3 or 4 times a week

They CAN, but people who take laxatives to lose weight normally are considered bulemic. Although you aren't binging and purging, taking laxatives is a form of it.

Temporarily but you lose mostly water and necessary vitamins and minerals. Also, habitual use of laxatives causes laxative dependance, which is not pretty
