I d like to use HTL Codes in my forum, not use the italics, and bold options I want to be able to watch videos play music, center images, align them etc.
Is there a Mode for that and if so where can I get them?

phpBB uses HTML template files to create its page displays. Your installation should have a templates directory where these are kept, maybe in a sub-directory named for the theme you're using. A lot of the formatting information is in a css file within this directory. All of these are user-editable. You might want to make back-up copies of files before you mess with them, so that you can get back to a known good configuration.
The phpBB site has information on loading new templates or editing existing ones.
