IFFY. I think they might be better served the top 2 seed and be assured the WEST bracket...than to be a 1 seed and possibly be seeded elsewhere.
It really depends on what Ohio State, North Carolina, Florida, Kansas and Wisconsin do in their tournaments. By the way...all have won today, except for Florida, who had a 21 point lead at Halftime. I assume that if the cards fall right, Texas A&M, Memphis and Georgetown all have a slim outside chance at a 1 seed but unlikely. UCLA is kinda stuck in neutral right now because all the other top teams are still alive in their tourneys. If it comes down to matchups like OSU / Wis...or KU / TA&M...for the conf, championship...that they should be shoe-ins for a 1 seed.
Florida and North Carolina are locks IF they win out. So are OSU/Wis and KU. Georgetown can possibly play their way in if they run table and there is an open slot. TA&M, only if they crush Kansas for the Big 12. Memphis needs all the majors to lose in the semi's and or not face each other in the finals to procure a spot.
And UCLA has to sit idly by, because they lost to Cal.
IF they had made it another round and UNC or UF lost then maybe. OR IF they had been bested by say WSU then probably.
1 seeds(east, south, midwest, west)
OSU, UNC, KU, UF
2 seeds
GTown, Mem, Wis, UCLA
3 seeds
Pitt, TA&M, Nev, WSU
4 seeds
Tex, ND, UofL, Ore
5 seeds
Duke, Butler, Marq, SoIll
6 seeds
UMD, UVA, BYU, UNLV
7 seeds
KSU, USC, Win, Tenn
8 seeds
Xav, AF, Zona, UK
and that fills the first 8 seeds for me.

Right now it looks like Ohio State, Florida, Kansas, and UNC for me. That assumes all four of them don't stumble on the way to their respective conference championships.
If they do, UCLA might have a shot at a #1 seed. Maybe if 2 of them stumble, especially OSU and KU, the weaker of those four in my opinion.
I seriously doubt Texas A&M will get a number 1 seed, even if they win the Big 12. I'd take UCLA as a 1 ahead of a A&M team that wins the Big 12.

No sadly enough. They deserved it but the number one seeds will be:
Ohio State
Wisconsin
Florida
Kansas
Memphis a a possibility along with UNC
And another possibility is Georgetown if they can win the Big East tournament and defeat the winner of Louisville and Pittsburgh tonight.

They shouldn't get it after the loss. Cal isn't good enough for a #1 seed to loose to .

No, I see A&M winning the Big 12 so they will get one. Florida will win the SEC and get one. My other pick is Ohio State who will win the big East. If one of these team's loses then UNC will get the #1 seed if they win the ACC.

NEGATIVE... if Texas A&M and KU go to the big tweleve finals they both get one ...O state gets one ... UNC might get one if they win their confrence. what about memphis and the big east champ.... sorry UCLA you lose
Due to the west coast bias and not advancing in your own tournament .... UCLA wins a 2 seed.
