I am 38 wks preg, and on Tuesday I was 1 cm 50 % effaced. I lost some of my plug the past few days, but today it was a good little glob. I did a couple hrs of walking earlier today. I have been crampy the past few hours but its not intense. I feel it but it doesnt hurt at all. What do you think

I suggest timing the time elapsing between cramps....
I gave birth a month early and I had mild lower back pains, I thought nothing of it. I was on the phone with my Mom-in-law who suggested that I should measure the time between those pains... first it was 30 min, then 15, then I called the hospital where the Dr said she didn't think I was in labor, but I should go in just in case... 19 hours later I had my baby :)

Yes, you will go into labor any hour or day now. That's how I was, I woke up kind of crampy and tingly, I just knew it was all different. I was in labor by noon, in the hospital by 7:00 p.m. and my daughter was born at 3:05 the next day. Congratulations and Good Luck!

i think that u might want to go to the docotor to get that checked out and tell them all about it...
