Usually the State as the Federal gov't prosecutors have a way of botching trials resulting in a high acquittal rate. The state usually handles those types of prosecution even if federal law enforcement is involved. All depends if the crime crossed any state borders or not.

is advanatgeous a real word? It took me like three minutes to sound that mother out. Wow, I still lose my place while saying out loud to myself too. Is the G silent? That would help me say it better, like the syllables would flow better for me that way, you know? I was thinking, that would be a great word for like one of those word games, or letter games (which one do you call them, I mean officially, you know?) where you like try to see how many words you can make out of the letters that are in that word. Ok, here goes: ad, at, van, *** (Im not sure if you can use the same letter twice, but I'll assume you can for now.) gee, dvd, tad, a, us, gut, gus, gun, gas, gassious, (That might not be a real word) tan, dan, nut, dave, tv. Thats all I can get, you try now.

I think the federal court would be better. That way I feel they would get the best sentence.

We could end the war on drugs by making them legal. At that point the doctor would issue prescriptions as they do in England. Then we could take the drug war money and spend it on getting people off drugs.
