I've been using tanning beds for about 2-3 years. I've been using Bombshell and Tabu Tini. Alternating between the two of them. I always use the "big" beds for 12-15 minutes. Different beds have different names so I just call it that. For some odd reason, my skin reaches a certain colour and stops. I don't get any darker and I want to. What am I doing wrong??? I've tried different lotions like Swedish Beauty Hot Amaretto and it didn't do anything. Some lotions leave me with spots like the lotion didn't take to that part of my skin. What are some good lotions I can try that will get me really dark???

I've done the spray tans and didn't like them. I don't like looking like a leapord after a few days when it starts to wear off.

tanning twice a week can cause deadly melanoma. tanning for just twenty minutes in a bed is about as harmful as sleeping in the sun for six hours. if you want to control your tan, you should get the tanning spray that has a color dial so you can choose whatever color you cant. i think it might be from coppertone, i saw the ad in a magazine.

try using a lotion with a bronzer in it, also after tanning lotion up so your skin doesn't dry out that might be your problem, lotion-up.
