well i mean without oxygen,cant burn!!

if i gonna heat straw to high temperature without leting oxygen it will not burn!!!

You need wood to get charcoal. Save yourself the hassle its cheap to buy! Plus wood doe's not contain enough carbon....

from straw you get ashes
charcoal is made by burning certain woods very slowly in a closed space devoid of air.like huts covered with sods of grass or pits covered with beams and closed with grasssods.
