i have an undiscovered talent ( singing and a bit of acting - ♥ - ) and i want to be discovered and a singer how do i get help to do or pursue what i want to do. and what do i do?

Start taking some classes to bone up your talents and to have something on your resume. Get an agent who can get you auditions. Spend a year or two in LA (you may have to wait tables or pour drinks behind a bar but that's how Bruce Willis - among a plethora of others - got started). During your time there you can attend auditions yourself (sans agent, which can be pricey) by reading the daily casting call papers and stuff. Try out at talent shows which could eventually have you going on to state finals, things like that (sometimes the right people are in the audience at bigger shows).

Join a local/school/church choir! ^^ People WILL notice you if you are good. You can always join talent shows, or audition for the school play since you like acting. Talent scouts will, eventually, find you; heck, just mosey on over to the nearest recording studio and give it a whirl. xD Local theaters might be interested in hiring you as well, if you have a good audition. ^^
