I'm talking about any minotiry and I don't have to be specific. Its almost like its no surprise that they are being promiscous. In fact it seems to be expected.

Rrrright. Thats why all the married bro's (back when I was in the military) were going out every time we deployed somewhere. Mhmm sure I beleive you.
And I'm not trying to be a racist here, I'm just stating an observation of American society.

It is a fact that a majority of men from ethnicities other than caucasian are lead to believe that this behaviour is acceptable, almost like "boys will be boys mentality". Families raising thier male chiIdren to conceal and deny and female children to just "put up with it".
In some families it is a strange pattern, the children see thier fathers doing it and how thier mothers react to it, they believe this is what a normal adulthood consists of.
Some backgrounds just tolerate it more than others.
Although like all things these days in our multicultual society, we blend, and adopt each others lifestyles whether they be good or bad. Having said that, caucasian men also cheat, perhaps because it is not accepted as much in our society we hear less about them cheating and therefore believe that it doesn't happen or happens less in that culture.

i think u may be right. of course, it is a bad stereotype,but there may be an assumption that minority males cheat more frequently, and that the cheating is tolerated more. this is probably not true, however, it may very well be an ingrained, american attitude. so please, noone should get their panties in a wad, this is not the way i feel, just an observation. just like -i am sure that not all asians are good at math etc.

It's a big deal to me when people cheat, period.

uuuummm I think that its a big deal to the one that is being cheated on partner, wife girlfriend, boyfriend etc, who cares what ethnicity are, were all promiscuous.
I'm Mexican and i don't give a **** when a white folk cheats.

who says it's "no big deal"? I think you are playing into a typical stero type. Don't dumb down to other peoples opinions and assumptions, be smarter than that.
for some people it is a big deal and for some people it isn't, race shouldn't be a factor.
