Have her go to the doctor
It depends on the state, some the doctor will have to report him. It is against the law
Have her tell her parents
If she can not, ask her if she would like to talk to her mom with her.
Tell her her mom might yell
Her mom will help out
Tell her she will need to tell the age of the father

The parents of your friends should be informed of the situation because there are no other people who are supposed to help here and support her but her parents. If indeed that this 26 year old guy impregnated your friend, a minor, well, ask any lawyer, this may qualify as statutory rape or sexual abuse, or child sexual molestations.
He is the adult, then he should have been the one who guided the minor. but in this case, he took advantage of the minor. even if it was your friend who did the first move, that 26 year old guy still has no reason to have sex with her....
Once the parents of the girl will be properly informed, then, it would be up to them to file appropriate charges in court...

Tell her that she must get her parents involved. They will be her primary help. Then, there's medical care and attention - that has to be immediate. Get the ball rolling right now by forgetting about everything else and just getting that done. If you are the 26 year old, then prepare for a real ordeal; however, the solution is not to run. The solution is to face the situation.

If she is a minor, then we are talking statuatory rape, and that is a BAD thing.
Her parents should be notified AT ONCE, and let THEM decide the proper course of action

i would try to get her to talk to her parents. Yes they should charge this person and they should really try to talk about the baby. Weather it really would be a great up bringing in this situation and HER AGE

You said she had a sexual relationship with a 26 year old but you didin't say it was rape. Other people are saying to go to the police about him. I don't think he can get in trouble if she had sex with him by her own free will.
If she really did it by her own free will, sorry to say but your friend is a whore.
