I work at a pharmacy- we give out Ibuprofen (or motrin- its the exact same thing) as long as you're not bleeding- go with that.

Aleve is good, I suggest that you go to a chiropracter, they line your bones up the way it is suppose to be,this makes you feel so much better.

See your doctor without fail. Probably nothing serious, visit your local pharmacy and talk to your pharmacist.

Motrin usually helps. If it doesn't in a few days you should probably see a doctor.

willowbark works really well. Herbalists and natural food stores sell it in pill form. It's a natural pain reliever that works best on muscle.

if u r into herbs ,glucosamene(however u spell it) read up on it at the pharmacy...it helps me ...if u dont want to go to the doctor
