She definitely likes him. Hate to break it to you, but friends often have the same tastes and liking the same guys happens A LOT!
It seems like she isn't very mature though, if she can't seem to think straight or pay attention to anything else if he's around.

omg. my friend likes the same guy i do and she doesnt do tht stuff. if she was i would slap her right in front of him. or if i were u i wud sit on his lap, ask for his number, and ignore everyone aroundu.

sometimes its a good idea to just ask them. They might get a little angry at you for asking but at least you will know whether or not they do. It sounds like they do.

Ask her! But maybe she does not know you like the same guy. And if the guy knows you like him but is ok with her behaviour then forget about him. Let her have him.
