well, material things mean nothing in the afterlife... but if I could pick I would choose-
1. My cats.
2. My daughter.
3. A grand piano.
4. A hammock

I do believe in an after life.
What would I take with me? Nothing. The streets are paved with gold. There is no pain and suffering. There is no night. I already have a mansion. I would have a glorified body so why would I cover it?
I speak of the heaven of the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. The God who's son is Jesus Christ.
Why take anything when you will already have everything?

A load of Books because it would be very boring up there

My dog, my stuffed mice(they're toys, they're not real), my photo album, my favorite books, and the entire X-Files series, and a bag of chips . I know that's more then five, but I'm sure that I can sneak a few more in!
