music downloads?

Where can i get the best music and dvd downloads on the the web for a good price. please any suggestions?

I love Limewire for music downloads. I'm not sure about DVDs. Regarding Limewire, you need to use a virus protection and firewall, but 99% of what I've downloaded is great quality.
