Ok i want to know if my mom can sue my grand papa(my dad side) for money. he came to my house and he punch me in the side of my head i called 911 they came but they didn't do nothing so what can my mom do

If you want to, contact the police immediately and report the crime. Without knowing the specifics of the case, I cannot advise you fully, however generally speaking, under the law of tort you could possibly sue for tresspass to body.

She would need a reason to sue him first. If you had to go to the hospital and had bills from that, then she might have a case against him. If he just hit you in the head and you weren't injured or anything, you can file an assault charge, but I don't think you can sue.

Well how old are you? If you are underage your Grandfather should be arrested for assault and child abuse. If not, why are you involving your Mother, you should take care of this yourself. I feel there is alot more to this story. Think before you act. Good luck and God Bless.

She can file a report for assault and press charges and whatever they say depends on what you can do. He could go to jail for a short amount of time, or he could pay a fine.
