This should be your answer right here. This site I listed below will give you a patch or a program to run that will fix your time permanently for the new DST times so you won't have to mess with them ever again unless for some dumb reason they decide to go and change DST all over again, but I kinda doubt it. Anyway go to this site select home user, then select your operating system and then follow instructions. If running XP and you have AUTOMATIC UPDATES turned on the you should already be fixed and not have to mess with your time cause it installs the patch you need for the fix back in February. If it's not fixed then use the link below it fixed both my XP and 2000 computers and it's even a Microsoft site. To find out your version of Windows right-click on My Computer and go to Properties and your version will be listed there. If your running 2000 then you will have to run the program from this site below to fix the problem. And trust me it does work!!!

You set it forward an hour like the previous person said... but there are no football games anyway so based on where you posted this question it might not matter for you.

Before you go to bed on Saturday night, move the time one hour ahead. It is spring forward/Fall back.

This is what I do, Hold down time the change hour to w/e it is supposed to be.
