I am watching it right now with my sister...personally I think it is the MOST retarded, immature, stupid, boring movie I have EVER watched!! I don't get why people like it soooo much! Who else has seen it and agrees/disagrees with me??

The only "funny" part was when the monks hit their heads with the boards...that was actually funny...

Hannah Montana is for 5 year olds...better think of a better comeback than that...
I understand the movie perfectly with the whole King Arthur crud and all...I am just more into the mature and interesting movies that are worth my time like Pirates of the Caribbean...and Lord of the Rings...

mimikins or whatever--
Actually I have heard of those movies before. And my friends actually love Monty Python and the Holy Grail. That is the reason I wanted to see it--I thought it would be good.
And yes, I have heard that word before.
Think of some better comebacks before challenging the QUEEN of comebacks. I have an A+ average, and when I took the EOGs my writing/grammar/English/Vocabulary was college level.

I think it's stupid too and ironically I was just talking about that movie today!! (Although, the knight who says, "It's just a flesh wound!" is pretty funny...)

I have seen it a few time before actually. I think it's funny in places, but mostly stupid (which in some strange way makes it even funnier). I don't think it's the stupidest movie ever, though. If you want to see a REALLY stupid movie watch a movie called Strange Brew. That's the stupidest movie ever, in my opinion anyway.

I thought it was funny, of course I actually understood it. It's British humor from way back when everyone was high/on drugs. Knowing that also helps to understand it. It's a spoof on camelot. I briefly studied King Arthur, so the spoofing was easy for me to understand.

It's hilarious because it's humor is based on the concept of misdirection (an old comic trick) but to the extreme making it seem outlandish to some and hilarious to others.
You're actually the first person i heard of who didn't like it.
"A tiger???? IN Africa???" not Holy Grail i know but one of my favorite lines from a Monty skit more for how it's said than for the absurdity of it.

Hate it. I'm so f--king tired of these overrated movies. Just because it's popular, everyone has to jump on the bandwagon.
Yes, beep beep! Here comes the shitwagon!

If you're too young to appreciate good British comedy because of all the crap you've been exposed to lately, it's okay to not like it. I thought Napoleon Dynamite was below average, but it's okay. Just turn it off and watch something you like.

It's supposed to be a parody about the middle ages, and king arthur, and all those big movies. it's not like they just threw that crap together. If you know history it's alot funnier (like who the monks hitting their heads were lol). If you learn more about the middle ages, and still dont find it funny then i give up. I thought it was freakin hilarious. who knows, maybe when you're older you'll like it (its not just about understanding stuff. there's plenty of stuff i didnt like as a kid that i like now, like the news.)
Oh yeah POTC and LOTR are so mature! I get it. you dont want to like it because it wouldnt be cool if your friends didn't like it. Grow up and realize people like people with individuality (wait, do you know that word? i know it's not cool to be smart)
If you're so mature then have you heard of Amelie; Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon; The Breakfast Club, even??? probably not right?

I basically agree. As a WHOLE it's pretty stupid, but individually, some of the sketches & gags are pretty funny. THE WORST part is the way it ENDS!! SOOOOO LAME.
