Everytime I see my ex, when he picks up our kids. My emotions go crazy. Sometimes I love him sometimes I hate him. Even though he left us, I know that I should be friendly and forgive, because we have kids together. But sometimes it is hard because I know he is already seeing someone else. It has only been 2 months. Forgive but not forget, right?

Yes in this case it is easier to be friends or at least cordial to him when you see him. Do not be angry and vengeful. Yes you are right you should forgive and move on with your life and do the right thing by your kids as well. Over time things will get better for you and you will heal and start to get past the pain of this and someday move on with your life. Who knows maybe someday you will find someone new to love and to be with . Someday you may even forget the pain this has caused you because you will be a better person for it. you will forgive b/c u cannot hate ... but friends.. never again not b/c of what they did but how they did it. A friend is honest and not decieving. People are human but liars do not change.
