Can u use gameshark on a rom??

Question

Its cause I got a pokemon rom on my psp and I want to get a gameshark rom and use it on the pokemom rom,
is this possible??
or is there anyother way to get cheats for a rom??
plz help if u know anythin.

Not really. You need an emulator with a built-in Gameshark. I don't know which particular emulator port you are using, and I've never owned a PSP, but most emulators in my experience contain a built-in function for entering cheats. If not, you can probably still import your saved game to your computer and apply the Gameshark codes from an emulator on your computer.
