Why do mens r having nipples on there chest
& Why do WOMENS chest called BREAST

Both men and women have nipples. Women just have developed mammary glands and increased fat in their chest that forms in response to estrogen at the onset of puberty. Men have nipples because embryos do not immediately determine sex, so we are all essentially formed from he same mold.

Not because " we did not have time to lose them ", but because the default body plan in humans ( most mammals ) is female. You need to " make a male. The SRY region of the Y chromosome " turns on " at about 8 weeks. Releasing a hormonal cascade that insures that the fetus is to be male. So, nipples are " along for the ride ", as evolutionary processes some times do not deal with such, especially if there is no adaptive advantage to do so.
PS The chest/breast thing is just modern semantic usage. Read Homer and you will hear mention of " breast " and man in the same sentence.

We both have nipples b/c we are all female in the womb. Men lose some things and gain some things. We just haven't had a need to lose nipples.
Men and women can be said to have breasts, we just don't use it much anymore for men. And there is such an obvious difference between the 2, I'm not sure why you are asking this quesion.

Both men and women have the genes that makes nipples, but because of the hormones, specifically progestogens, they become breasts in the presence of excess fat.

Also, all male mammals have nipples.
I encourage everyone to stop thinking humans are unique. We are one mammal of maybe 4000 species (900 or so of which are bats).
