The laptop screen has to be repaired.

Contact the maker of your laptop.

The only do-it-yourself option i'd suggest is replacing the screen.. Depending on how hard it got hit there may be no way to repair the existing screen. Chances are if you take it in to get it fixed they will just replace it.

i had the same thing happen to me. the tech guy at my office had to order a new screen and install it. i watched him and it looked pretty easy to do...i just don't know how much a new screen would cost.

I don't think you can. You will have to take it to a shop to see if it can be repaired. It might have to be replaced.
