iI know this is the wrong place to post this kind of question but where i posted it nobody seems to be answering it! My friends say she was in her office and since its a small comapny shes the only recepionist there and she said that one of her co workers tryed to rape her in the office. She managed to get away but now shes scared to go back to work. Please help her with this situation!

Tel her to make a police report the pain and shame of this will not go away on it's own! Please help her in my this report and file an assault charge put this dirtball in his place if it's too much quit that job talk to a lawyer about file a law suit. DON'T BE A SILENT VICTIM SPEAKS OUT AGAINST THIS JERK ! This might happen to someone be strong YOU ARE A WOMEN ROAR!!!

I would get a couple of self defense classes behind me to the point of confidence. Next step would be a tsar and I would inform supervisor that I had enough and to put a stop to it now. I was harrased at work by another female while pregnant and after several months I started to cry and boy did she get it. Short of immediate fire, the govt program was at an end shortly and she did move on and we had peace!
This girl needs some hard confidence behind her and sadly only she can do

I am sorry to hear that. Tell her to tell someone higher up. There is no way that guy should get away with that and she should not have to live in fear. This guy has either done it before and will do it again. I know it is scary and embarassing but she needs to let someone know. Good luck

She needs to bring someone along with her to work (male) and when she sees the man that assaulted her, her man friend needs to tell him he needs to stop and if he doesn't he will be reported to the Bosses.
Or she needs to report this to management right away.

she should have gone to the police,a boss, a supervisor or some one. now she needs to find a new job. i could never work ant place that i felt i was in any kind of danger.

Tell her to tell her boss cause if she tells her boss he ll be fired ..she can also sue him and shell get a lot of money or quit the job and get a new job.....plz pik me as best answer

She needs to go to the police and report it, and she needs to tell her boss so that her boss can keep the creep away from her.

i would report it to the head person on there. its not her fault she was almost raped. if she doesnt report it, it may stay with her forever, it may also show weakness and the guys may try again. as her friend, you should help her through this by goin with her to report.

she needs to tell ppl she knows about this so they can watch out for her and fire the guy. she needs to have a restraining order on the guy.
