a tiger can jump an eightfoot fence with a bufalo in its mouth
the strength must be related to the animal
a steenbok(mountain goat )hits another one on the head with its horns that can be heard for miles
they must have an incredible strong neck ,but what about a whale ,he is all neck

and Elephants are very strong lifting big trunks with their trunks

the nile crocodile works with its whole body to drown the bufalo.
it grabs and twists the animal putting its head under the water and most of the action is with the tail ,then drags it into deeper water drowning the kill ,it does not toss the bufalo.

The saltwater crocodile regularly weighs 1,000 pounds with 2,000 not being too uncommon. The world record is somewhere in the vicinity of about 4,000 pounds roughly. They can swim up rivers and take down a 2,000 pound water buffalo all by itself.

Nile crocodiles are typically 12 feet and 500 pounds with 20 feet and 2,000 pounds the maximum size for it. It generally takes two or three Nile crocodiles working in tandem, something salties do not do, to take down a fully grown zebra because the zebra is very strong in its muscles to pull free from the jaws of death.

Leopards can kill prey 10 times their own body weight or mass. They can kill animals more than 1,000 pounds. Pound for pound no other felid has that ability in proportion to its own weight, or ratio.

I imagine the blue whale would have the strongest neck muscles, if it even has what scientists and biologist would consider to be a "neck." But if we are limiting the discussion to land animals I would have to say the African elephant would have the strongest neck muscles of an land animal, but that is just a guess.

I think the leopard's neck muscles are stronger because it isn't using its prey's kinetic energy to bring it down.
