I own a '92 Rocky Daihatsu. The engine is choking down?

I changed plugs,wires,cap,rotor, and fuel filter. The problem persists. Have any ideas that might help?

Air filter !!!

pcv valve and breather cap are next, oil and filter change would likely help as well.
