im 21 years old. female and i am always tired. not exactly sleepy, but just my body feels dead. i work and go to school, but im not stressed out. its been like this for a few months now, oh, and i shouls also mention that my period has been out of control for about 2 months and im on birth control for 2 years.

i am eating healthy. tons of fruits and veges, also meat and fish, breads, dairy.. everything within its limits.

I found that usually it's due to low iron. Eat vegetables and take a good iron supplement. BTW, that was from my wife.

It sounds like r period (loss of blood) and the only way to bring it up is Iron Supplements, as you may be losing more blood then your body can spare. That would certainly make u
fatigue or anyone. Perhaps u should see your Dr, but I'm sure
that's what it is, I've been through it, too much blood loss, the
fatigue = Iron Definitionishy as I used to have Endometriosis.
Check with you Dr. Oh ya, I got B12 shots too.

Get blood tests done. Constant tiredness can be a sign of more serious things, including but not limited to diabetes, anemia, and TSS (toxic shock syndrome). But also, birth control regulates your hormones, which should regulate your period. So inconsistency in period, especially while on birth control, could be the sign of types of cancer or even STDs. Talk with your ob/gyn. She can check you out and set you up to take blood tests.

i have the same probme i would sleep for hours then wake up and after school i wound be tried and my mom take me to the doctor and i got a blood test which hurt really bad and he said its becuase iam not eating right

i dunno, maybe you have sleep apnea, or a thyroid problem go see your doctor, fool.
