You can only get a driving license at 21.
Also raise drinking alcohol to 21.
And start prosecuting offenders.

Would get the poorly thought out dangerous dogs act removed.Pit Bulls and Tosa's can both make great pets.
Anyone who is convicted of cruelty-sexual or otherwise-to a child or animals must be executed in the most painful way possible.
The answers saying Pot would be legal and no TV license-yep I would do them too.
