by our government, lest we take action?

To those who support Bush, especially: what consitutes an impeachable offense? For the sake of argument, assume a President has done all that liberals accuse. Or imagine a different impeachable scenario. Exactly how do we know that it is time to remove our leaders, and shouldn't we know? I would very much appreciate a theoretical discussion, we should all know the answer.

If a leader cares more about personal gain than gain for the citizens (e.g: diplomaticaly, economically, judiciary) it is time for them to go.

Passing laws to say that something you do is right, where the consitiution actually says it is wrong is indeed wrong.

Which line is that? We've crossed them ALL in my opinion.

Before: We didn't torture.

Now: We do.

Before: We didn't trample on the Constitution.

Now: We do.

Before: We didn't hold people without rights.

Now: We do.

Before: We didn't go to war over fake and fixed intel.

Now: We do.

Before: We didn't have the world hating our guts.

Now: We do.

Before: We were a nation of morals, justice, and equality.

Now: We're a third-world dictatorship with a nuclear arsenal.

The line has been identified by Constitution & laws for years.
It is not & never has been identified by political party.
The laws were set up just to stop that from happening. The people spoke when the President was elected by the people. There is no changing your mind during the 4 year term.

The Libs only want to Impeach President Bush because Clinton got impeached (by Congress, not the Senate). They call him a liar because Clinton was proved to be a liar under oath. He could have told the truth; at the time, all Liberals were fawning over everything he said and would have forgiven him instantaneously.

The Libs just want revenge, pure and simple. Funny thought: if they succeeded, they would get VP Cheney as President!

As far as I'm concerned, the lines are drawn very clearly.

The US Code defines federal laws. The oath of office requires respect for and adherence to the Constitution. Violation of these are grounds for impeachment.

The law is the law. Either everyone must obey it, or it becomes meaningless as a legal standard.

Please stop with the impeachment BS, it is so old. Obviously if Clinton can lie in a congressional investigation and then skate because he "defined sex" differently, well......

Politicians support big business and Big Business is crooked. It doesn't matter whom you vote for, the person will be a crook. Obama and Clinton have both been found guilty of criminal activity yet both are running for president with millions supporting them just because one is a woman (at least it claims to be) and one is Black (at least half). McCain is a decorated war hero and people are accusing him of being unpatriotic.

So stop with the holier than thou, please, they are all a bunch of crooks and if we could kick everybody that works for the government out of office we wouldn't even have a dog catcher or a cop to harass bopper's with loud mufflers!

There is a line...It is HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS...and he hasn't crossed it despite what the libs claim..they are trying to cite INTERNATIONAL LAW...that does not hold by our Constitution..nor does their claim of Illegal War...Congress authorized it as well as the Patriot act giving him the warrant less taps...IF HE WERE to commit a crime I would agree...but he hasn't
