It depends how he performs in the playoffs. If he can break out of his playoff malaise he will be staying in Detroit, if he cannot I have a feeling he will leave for Washington. I would hate to see him go because he is positively electric to watch and I have really enjoyed seeing him play. Detroit also has an exciting young prospect playing in the OHL that if paired with Datsyuk and Zetterberg would be jaw dropping to watch.

I think he will stay where he is, in Detroit.
However, Ovechkin desperately needs a good C.
Anyway, I think Datsyuk will stay in RW because he wanna be there. May be Detroit is not the best city to live (be honest) but team is great and fans are crazy about hockey.
