Don't really understand what your getting at.
The most fertile time of when a woman is more likely to get pregnant is when the women ovulates. This normally, 14 days before your period should arrive.
However a women can ovulate at any time, especially when they have irregular periods.
You should use protection at all times (if you are not trying for a baby) otherwise you are at risk at all times from pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases and other infections.
Go and see your doctor for more advice.
And If Im wrong then sorry, but a question comes into my head, are you old enough to be having sex?

There is a weak theory that if women can get pregnant 2 days before and 5 days after her period, but the best method is contraceptive.
