Massive= Lots and lots of Content in the game with it's own immersive world to wander and explore
Multiplayer= Many many players, like yourself, that you can interact with
Online= played on a computer (game console) over the internet with an internet connection
Roleplaying= Where you create a character and act out their life.
Game= a Video Game.

More or less, it means there are going to be, or should be, a ton of other people playing the same game as you at the same time in a virtual world. World of Warcraft, EverQuest, Star Wars Galaxies are some popular examples.
