Ken Kaniff is a fictional character, he is featured on several tracks by hip-hop artist Eminem. Kaniff is a stereotype of a gay man, it is implied in the song "I'm Back" that he is also a pedophile. He directly features in two skits and is referred to in several of Eminem's songs.

Kaniff was originally voiced by underground Detroit rapper Aristotle. After Lucero lent his voice to a skit on The Slim Shady LP, his working relationship ended after a personal dispute. From the The Marshall Mathers LP onwards, all skits using the Ken Kaniff persona have been performed by Eminem himself.

I thought I read somewhere that he was an actual person that Eminem knew growing up. He was a bully, and beat up Eminem.

Eminem writing him into songs was an ultimate revenge kind of thing. If fact I also read that the actual Ken Kaniff tried to sue because of it.
