Hi Betty,

I know this might be hard to do, but you really have to relax tonight. If it makes you feel better, you can just look over the SAT a little bit, but don't dive into another 4 hour practice test. Since your mind knows it's the night before, you might get distracted if you miss one question and then you might lose all that confidence that you built during those two months. You already practiced and you probably know how you're doing right now, so just try your best tomorrow :).

Make sure you get a good night of sleep tonight, and try to pack everything that you need to bring to the test tonight. Make sure you have your SAT ticket, a picture ID, a calculator, #2 pencils (more than one), and a good eraser. Also, bring some snacks (like apples and granola bars) that contain good complex carbs and protein to power you through the four hour exam. Packing the night before is helpful because you don't want to be rushing around the next morning and end up forgetting something important like your calculator.

Eat a good breakfast tomorrow -- no sugary donuts or anything. You definitely don't want to crash halfway through the test during one of those horrific long reading sections. Make sure to bring water with you to the test, but also try not to drink too much water before your test. I think you only have two 5-minute breaks and a few 1-minute breaks, and so it would be (understandably) extremely distracting if you had to urgently use the restroom in the middle of your exam.

Just remember to try to relax. Know that you have more than one chance to take this exam and that colleges all weigh the SAT's importance differently (it depends on where you apply). Good luck! :)

Don't get too stressed out about it right before you take the test. Otherwise, you'll get test anxiety and won't get great results. Just relax, breathe, and since you studied, you'll do fine
