I'm not sure where to buy the mugs glasses or the other stuff but you can buy t-shirts cheap at a military surplus store.
I have made t-shirts using HP Iron-on Transfers they have them for colored fabric and white. I have found that the white works really well on any light color fabric and the color ones work OK for dark colored fabric but you have to trim out the transfers really well. They don't last as long as a store bought printed shirt but still last well and I kinda like the faded look anyway

you can buy them in bulk from print shops, or textile agencies. many specialize in blanks for printing. One of my professors owned a silk screen print shop, and made t-shirts as a second business, you can get blank shirts for 2 bucks a piece, even cheaper, but the quality of the shirt will have a HUGE effect on if it sells or not. if you are just looking for a single shirt to print on, go to wal mart or target...

Wal-Mart's pretty cheap and dollar stores you can get a pack of t-shirts. Wal-Mart even have the printout sheets that you can use to print images on t-shirts. They have all different types iron-on for whites and light colors, ones for dark colors, and they even have ones that you can sew on if you like.I made all of my neighbors t-shirts for Christmas and they loved them. Retailers might be cheaper but you could give Wal-Mart a try and see if it will fit your budget. It might a lot more expensive to go through a company because you have to think about your shipping cost.

Contact several wholesale textile or clothing dealers, and tell them how many you want to buy. Ask for price quotes. Get a written estimate.

Take a print-making course at your local vocational tech, art school, university, or high school. Or get a book on print making.

It's not hard, but it takes practice. You can carve images on the back of linoleum, which is relatively cheap. You can also carve images or text on blocks of wood. Get print inks, or make your own.

You may want to get the following items:

rollers to roll the ink on the blocks of wood or linoleum;
pans to hold the inks;
rags (you can use old clothing. Go by yard sales, recycling centres, thrift shops and let them know you want the stuff they can't sell. Sometimes they'll give it to you);
carving tools.
linoleum
wood
old tires
any semihard material you can carve in which will hold enough ink on its surface for you to make a print.

P.S. I advise you not to shop at Wally World. Not only do they sell bad peanut butter, but they emply illegal aliens, depress wages, force people to work two jobs just to raise a family, and otherwise exploit their labor. Not to mention sell us a lot of cheap stuff, most of it made NOT in the USA.

A craft store such as Hobby Lobby has iron on transfer paper that you print from your printer. They carry mugs with a printable liner and you just slide the drawing inbetween-cost about .99.

www.cafepress.com....I have a lot of stuff made through them, you have to use your own designs though. You can buy your own stuff for pretty cheap, plus sell it and make a nifty profit.
