No, but you can come to a jump stop after you've taken two steps which means you jump and land with both feet on the ground. Other than that, it's prohibited. But a lot of the league's "stars" get away with it...a lot.

you're only allowed 2 steps, but it seems like superstars like steve nash and kobe get around 5, so i think it's just based on the ref's biases.
