There is a shop close to where I live sells school uniforms . My question is..... Dare I go in and buy one off them. They will just know LOL.

No they wont, just tell them it's for your sister or niece, write the size on a piece of paper and school name if needed, and tell the shop assistant you need this > show her piece of paper for your younger sister [=

Just type in on your yahoo search,... holloween costumes. This past fall, I was looking for costumes, and they did have school girl costumes( some were sexy too) You can just order one and save the embarassment. lol HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

I depends how big your girlfriend is! I haven't grown since I finished school! They probably would know.. Why not just fashion your own from a mini-skirt, white blouse, tie, hold-up's, etc.???
