I wouldn't say I made a point of it but we usually did for a period of time.

Yes I have gone alone when my ex wanted to bring his wife. I have also met-up with them so the teacher didn't have to go over everything twice.

It's not always easy or comfortable but it's what's best for the child.

My ex and I attended all of our children's sports games together. Even though we're divorced, we were there for our children, we sat together and rooted for our kids. We attended all parent/teacher conferences together and his wife stayed home. I don't know if his wife had a problem with that or not, he never said and I never asked. If he didn't want to attended these events, I sure would of gone by myself.

First of all your ex needs to be included with your kids life even though that he mess up and ruined their life. Yes I will let my ex be on my kids games, he owes that to my kids after all it wasn't us that lost something but him. Attending the parents/teacher event will be good because he will know what he lost . It will make him see what he gave up, and my kids will learn one day at the time that their father is trying to act like a good father because his trying to get their love and respect back that he took away when he hurt them.........hopw this help....
