Can you give me some suggestions and websites which deal with answers to some of the most asked interview questions. Such as what are your weakness, what has been your greatest challange etc.

I am an engineer and looking at perhaps a website that provides good answers from an engineering standpoint. Any responses will be much appreciated and previous experiences (from entry level engineers) would also help out much.

Thanks

Make sure you have a firm handshake, smile. eye contact-THE MAIN 3 THINGS. Be yourself and confident not neervous, try to take a magazine or something to read during the wait before the interview, make sure you have a copy of your resume and reference information. Dress professional(dress shirt,tie,pants,shoes)-no cologne because the interviewer may be allergic. Make sure your nails are not dirty. Think of a question to ask the interviewer because it leaves a good impression. Otherwise, sell yourself-show them why they should hire you instead of the next person!! Don't ask a question about money.

Find a friend in HR and ask them to practice with you. Be honest - if you don't know an answer, say that you don't.

For questions about weaknesses, challenges, etc., choose something that could be viewed as either a positive or a negative (e.g., "I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so it's hard for me to let go of a project that isn't 100% perfect.") Answering the weakness question with something like, "I find it hard to get to work on time" is a red flag to an employer.

The challenge could be a technical challenge that gave you difficulty, but that you (or your team) eventually solved - maybe a customer demanded changes during the design process, or a new part didn't work the same way that the old part did and you needed to come up with a work-around.

Good luck!
