There's absolutely nothing he can do to grow taller, body-wise.

He can artificially make himself taller with shoes and big hair, though...

If his parents are taller than yours he probably will be taller. Its genetics be happy with your height and dont worry

They can take growth hormones. As longer as the person doesn't plan on competing in any high school or collegiate sports, they can take a height enhancement supplement or growth hormones. They can be found online very easily.

To be honest with you that is really a dumb question that you are asking. Let nature take its course, and whatever height that is meant to be, well so be it.
It's rather obvious that he is using elevator shoes, or some artificial garbage than that. My advice is for you to ignore what he is doing, and just you be yourself.

stretching. eat healthy and excercise. it also depends on the gene and the age. some people stop growing in their teens while others in their late twenties. just eat healthy and hope you have good genes. sorry if that doesn;t help, but there isn't really much that you can do.

Exercises and eating the right types of foods, veggies and it may also be with in his genes... not jeans.. Lol..
