Install Flash 5 or MX and make movies ... as simple as that.

Actually, you have to create your own animation project using the flash tools. If needed you can add your own graphics or pictures background sound or insert your favorite beat add some kick-a$$ effects and test the video in your offline browser. It creates .fla files and works in the combination of your HTML and Java files.

Use the help file and its built-in tutorial, you will love it. You can create your own flash scripts to automate your project.
