When this happens, just print out copies of the order, your method of payment, e.g. a money order if that is the way you paid and actually mail these copies to feetcover, asking if they recieved your order and to please trace it, since you did NOT get the product.

Chances are you will get your shoes but if you don't then you will have to trace your money order to see if it has been cashed (Post Office will help you).

In my own case with such occurrences I often sent a copy of everything to the Better Business Bureau of the city where the supplier does business and to the Chamber of Commerce.

Both these organizations are concerned that their merchants are honest and dependable.

Finally you should get the phone number of the merchant but attempt to get their 800 line so it will NOT cost you anything to phone them. Then phone "customer service" where you will certainly get results. Good luck.

This is a public forum, not a place to ask Yahoo Inc questions. If you bought from www.feetcover.com, Yahoo just connected you to a seller. They had nothing to do with your order. You need to contact www.feetcover.com to resolve the issue.
