I've seen a lot of people with that "title".
It seems the kiddies have found a way to copy and paste that into their photos...geez, that could almost account for FRAUD in yahoo answers here could it not?
I'd be careful that YA doesn't catch on and permanently ban some IP addresses.

Top contributor does not have any human evaluation of the actual answers. It is checking volume of answers only, and then it is only based on recent history.
(And you can tell if it is a fake badge by holding your mouse cursor over it and seeing if it shows up in the mini-profile.)
